I designed this crochet oversized hoodie / sweater / hooded dress having in mind something extremely  comfortable and cosy. Flowers on edges make the garment so feminine. It is quick to make if a super chunky yarn used. 
This is an easy pattern that can be adjustable to any size and length. There are  precise written instructions with detailed photo tutorial, using US terminology. You may be able to customise your make and use yarn of your choice. However details regarding used yarn are included.
